CKCB Layout Share...

So, I thought I'd get on here and do a little bit of a share from my October kit.  I have been working my tail off trying to use up as much as possible this month.

This layout was one of the first that I completed.  It's a simple layout so that kind of fun!  It was also one that I did for a Fall Prompt challenge over at I'd Rather Be Scrapbooking on MeWe.  The prompt for this day was fall leaves.  I used leaves on my layout.

Next up is this layout I created from a recent selfie.  I wanted to acknowledge that day's beauty despite the fact that we had just found out my husband's current deployment would be extended.  Bummer.  However, all is good.  And the day WAS gorgeous.

This layout was created for a Scraplift Crafternoon YouTube Hop that I participate in each week (at least when I can).  I loved the inspiration layout but as I began creating, my layout took it's own turn and I adore how it came out.

I also participated in the Mix It Up Monday YouTube Hop this week.  This layout is my take on the featured sketch!  You can watch my short video HERE-I did seem to have a technical difficulty with my voiceover-some of it disappeared.  Weird.  LOL

This layout was also for the MeWe group Fall Prompt challenge.  The challenge for the day I completed it was marshmallows.  I had made some paleo marshmallows in December 2017 just for fun.

This one is another Fall Prompt challenge:  Pumpkin Spice Latte!

And finally, this layout comes with a process video that you can view HERE.  I loved how this came out despite the fact that I ended up covering up a lot of my mixed media.  I was just playing on camera and so it came out the way it came out.  LOL!!!!

Thank you for stopping by my blog today!  Have a GREAT weekend!

Single page layouts!

I tend to both types of scrapbooking....single page layouts as well as two page layouts.  Sometimes I go all out on the mixed media and sometimes I keep it simple.  Let's see what I have been up to!

First is another sketch that I chose to challenge the ladies at I'd Rather Be Scrapbooking. I used my June CKCB kit to complete this one.  The photo with the barn opening is actually printed on a huge canvas and hangs in my living room.

This layout I used some scraps on my desktop from a previous layout.

This layout was partially created.  I had the papers in one of my CKCB kit last fall.  I didn't like the layout for the photo I had printed at the time and put it away.  I pulled it out the other day and used it.  The papers and embellishments originally came to me in a Hip Kit Club kit and I decided I needed to finish it off I could.  I still have some tags, frames, and chipboard pieces left from the kit but all of the paper is gone after this layout.

This layout was one I created for June's Mix It Up Monday YouTube Hop from last week. Here's the process video!

This layout was another Scraplift Crafternoon layout and the process video is here!

Here's a layout that I used older Jillibean Soup patterned paper to scrapbook Seth's birthday!

Well, that's all that I have for today!  I really hope that you have a wonderful Thursday!  I am off hanging out with a friend out of town today!  Thanks for stopping by.

Scraplift Crafternoon!!!

On each Sunday, I have been playing along in a You Tube Hop called Scraplift Crafternoon!  Each week, the 3-5 of us who play along, choose a layout to scraplift and create a process video of us recreating the layout.  We try to stay on track but some of us go rogue!  Ha!   Here's the link to my Process Video and it includes the whole Hop in the description below!  Please subscribe if you enjoy what you see!

June 19, 2022 Scraplift Crafternoon!

Here's the layout that I share at the very beginning of my video...the one that has absolutely nothing to do with Scraplift Crafternoon.  I just decided to share it on camera!  LOL!!!

Thank you for checking out my blog today!  Have a nice evening!
